Be a team player willing to work different shifts and weekends as needed by the hospital
Qualification
Required
Organization and problem solving skills
Understanding of PBX operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Conflict resolution skills
Strong customer service skills
A minimum of one year experience in PBX operations
Must be able to respond to all critical issues in a timely manner to resolve the issue
