Responsibilities

Deliver transit design projects for key regional partners
Act as a designer on Roadway projects at all phases, from concept to construction
Provide technical support and Project Management on small to medium projects or tasks with opportunity to grow, including contract negotiation and managing a scope, schedule, and budget
Support larger projects as a Deputy Project Manager, Task Manager, Segment Manager or discipline expert
Aid local offices pursuing or delivering transit projects with technical expertise, including opportunities to travel
Demonstrate your skills to the industry through conference presentations and paper publication
Assist in growing the business by building relationships, writing marketing proposals and providing other business development support
Management of technical staff

Civil Engineering degreeP.E. LicenseRoadway project experienceBus Rapid Transit experienceTransit agency experienceMaster’s Degree in EngineeringOSHA Health & Safety TrainingFirst AidCPR trainingOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
P.E. License with 7 to 10 years of experience in Roadway projects or equivalent
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) experience a plus
Experience working with transit agencies and transportation department
Direct experience with FDOT a plus
Demonstrated organizational and communications skills

Preferred

Master's Degree in Engineering
40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR 1910.120) preferred
Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired
