Responsibilities
Serve as a test pilot for UAV builds capable of speeds exceeding 200 mph
Conduct test flights, collect performance data, and track flight patterns, speeds, and control responsiveness
Collaborate with the engineering and leadership teams to analyze results and optimize flight performance
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with RC jet aircraft, either EDF or turbine-powered
Strong situational awareness and safety-minded flying discipline
Clear and effective communication skills, especially when reporting flight data or performance insights
Preferred
Active RC jet pilot with a record of safe, high-speed flight
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, experimental environment
Familiarity with data collection, reporting, or tracking
