Computational Immunology Postdoc

Responsibilities
Join research efforts in projects at the interface of Immunology and biophysics
Take part in computational immunology projects or modeling of complex membrane based biomolecular systems
Involve in protein-protein interactions, lipid based nanoplatforms, viral and bacterial antigen discovery, and glycoprotein and antibody designs
Qualification
Required
Strong publication record
Ability to code in Python
Familiarity with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Familiarity with GROMACS
PhD in related field completed within the last 5 years or soon to be completed
Expertise in machine learning approaches and multiscale simulations
Preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Past research collaborations with experimentalists
Experience in multi-disciplinary research projects
Additional expertise in any of the following techniques is a plus: Atomistic and coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations, Enhanced Sampling Methods, Protein language Models, and structure-based immunogen design
