Responsibilities
Take part in one of the computational immunology projects or modeling of complex membrane based biomolecular systems
Involve protein-protein interactions, lipid based nanoplatforms, viral and bacterial antigen discovery, and glycoprotein and antibody designs
Qualification
Required
Strong publication record
Ability to code in Python
Familiarity with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Familiarity with GROMACS
PhD in related field completed within the last 5 years or soon to be completed
Expertise in machine learning approaches and multiscale simulations
Preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Past research collaborations with experimentalists
Experience in multi-disciplinary research projects
Additional expertise in any of the following techniques is a plus: Atomistic and coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations, Enhanced Sampling Methods, Protein language Models, and structure-based immunogen design
