Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions
Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects
Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools
Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards
Support production validation builds on new/modified processes
Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Engineering experience
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related Engineering experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Engineering experience
Preferred
RCCA, PFEMA, APQP experience
Explain and interprets processes and procedures to others within and outside the job area
