Operate and Monitor Equipment: Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and support maintenance of manufacturing equipment on the production floor
Ensure Quality: Inspect products for quality, ensuring high-performance standards
Document Processes: Assist in writing and maintaining operating procedures and related documents to ensure clarity and consistency in production processes
Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and quality control teams to optimize production and implement process improvements
Promote Safety: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record production metrics and generate reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of production experience with Moxtek or a similar company
Able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Comfortable working with mechanical tools and automated equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to timely diagnosing and resolving equipment and process challenges
Keen attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
Proficient with basic computer applications for data entry and reporting
Clearly convey information to team members and supervisors
