Responsibilities

Be a part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the PMB (performance measurement baseline)
Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Prepare and present high level and detail status to program management, executives, and customer representatives
Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning
Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college
6+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
Advanced experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule integration, Earned Value metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting
Proven experience with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulations
Demonstrated team building skills
Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Preferred

Active Secret security clearance
Expert experience in project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project
Additional planning knowledge/experience (examples: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
Proposal IMS development and submittal experience
JIRA advanced experience
