Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to deliver actionable insights and analytics that inform strategic decision making

Manage, refine, and analyze large datasets, ensuring outputs are accessible and meaningful for business stakeholders

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, IT, and other departments to support end-to-end reporting and planning processes

Prepare and present recurring financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities

Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), communicate findings clearly to Sales and Marketing leaders, and actively contribute to business reviews and planning discussions

Translate analysis into strategic recommendations to enable partners to act on insights, or directly drive initiatives when appropriate

Required

5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within a SaaS or tech-driven environment; direct experience with annual recurring revenue (ARR) models is a plus

Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting or BI tools

Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across geographies and cultures

Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop structured frameworks, gain stakeholder alignment, and drive fact-based decision-making

Refined business acumen coupled with an executive presence

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
