Responsibilities

Lead the estimating process for heavy civil, roadway, utility, and structural scopes on projects ranging from $100M–$500M+

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and production-based estimates for earthwork, structures, paving, drainage, utilities, and associated civil packages

Manage full pursuit cycles for DOT, municipal, and private-sector infrastructure projects

Support estimating and preconstruction efforts for mission-critical data center site development , including grading, mass excavation, utility corridors, access roads, drainage systems, and foundation work

Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and senior leadership to develop accurate and competitive bids

Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate scope alignment, and ensure compliance with project specifications

Support value engineering initiatives to optimize constructability, sequencing, and cost

Participate in risk reviews, scheduling discussions, and proposal development

Stay up to date on market pricing, production rates, and regional labor/equipment trends
