Sales Operations Administrator
Bush Truck Leasing is a leader in commercial vehicle leasing, seeking a motivated Sales Operations Administrator to join their team in Mason, OH. Responsibilities
Support Sales Assistants and Department Managers in processing customer applications, contracts, and deliveries
Learn the fundamentals of the sales and leasing processes
Prepare and issue lease and purchase contracts using leasing software, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365 applications
Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all documentation
Maintain organized records and data entry within the leasing system
Coordinate daily with accounting, insurance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations
Track priorities, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Effective collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with business or leasing software preferred
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
Transportation, leasing, or rental industry experience a plus
