Responsibilities

Lead or actively participate in end-to-end assessments for cross-functional initiatives, including data gathering, analysis, recommendations, and implementation planning and coordination

Lead process improvement initiatives and provide project management support in critical areas of QTS

Coordinate and drive successful change management efforts across diverse business functions

Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives

Utilize AI prompting and industry-leading performance-enhancing applications to drive project outcomes and operational efficiency

Analyze the operational and financial impacts of proposed solutions to make impactful recommendations

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offerings, and QTS operating model through immersive rotational experiences

Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities

Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership

Travel between corporate and team hubs up to 25%
