Responsibilities
Work closely with design and production teams to define test requirements
Create and maintain test documentation including test lists, station BOMs, and operator instructions
Develop test solutions to automate data collection and reports
Design electronic test boards, wiring harnesses, and other custom test hardware
Run tests through all stages of product development and assembly
Provide design for test (DFT) feedback on upcoming designs
Perform root cause analysis as needed to resolve failures
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
5-10 years of experience as a test engineer or electrical engineer
Familiar with typical lab equipment like DAQs, DSOs, DMMs, power supplies, VSA, VSG, VNA, etc
Able to read a schematic and understand the purpose of an electronic circuit
Skilled programmer in at least 1 language such as C/C++, C#, Python, or Matlab
Knowledge of various testing techniques and requirements
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and layout of complex PCBs
Experience designing or testing electrical power systems
Experience designing or testing RF
Knowledge of communication systems and signal processing
Experience with git and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency performing circuit analyses
