Required

8+ years of, or PhD + 4 years of embedded software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management

Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations focused on embedded systems, including performance management

Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in embedded systems

Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing embedded software engineers

2+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels, specifically in embedded software development
