Program Coordinator
The Posse Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator who will be the primary administrative support for the local site. The role involves managing recruitment processes, providing logistical support for interviews and events, and assisting with data organization and general office support.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming nominations, the interview schedule, and student personal information through Salesforce
Provide logistical support for each phase of the interview process, as well as the Award Ceremony, and often take the lead in organizing volunteers
Manage the Writing Program and coordinate logistics for special events such as summer retreats and the Posse Olympics
Collect and organize student data and assist program directors in producing regular reports
Manage travel logistics and supplies for special events on campus
Provide general support for the local office such as managing calendars, tracking office supplies, answering phones, and welcoming students and guests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Excellent writing skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work well with college students
Able to work autonomously and within a team
Proficiency required in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet and email
Demonstrated belief in Posse's mission and values
Preferred
Experience with youth is a plus
Event management experience a plus
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Access a plus
Proficiency/Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
Knowledge of design software
Bilingual a plus
