Responsibilities
Provide mobile, on-site and/or in-house staging, programming, and preparation for various communication systems and equipment
Respond to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, remove, or replace communication and system equipment and components
Perform designated tasks in accordance with Project Manager or Senior Technicians specifications related to projects involving consoles, racks, cabinets, and other communication equipment
Perform complete site and system evaluations and preventative maintenance checks in accordance with customer’s needs and as dictated by company policy
Maintain proper inventory of assigned equipment, parts, and tools
Maintenance and upkeep of company-provided vehicle including oil changes, preventative maintenance, and daily cleaning
Completing and submitting relevant paperwork in a timely fashion to assure proper accountability and billing for all jobs or projects assigned
