Responsibilities
Performing dual roles as functional leader of a group of engineers and as an experienced engineer leading a project or performing technical tasks supporting the ASA&V organization
Managing talent, including staffing planning, knowledge sharing, career development, performance reviews, training, and recruiting
Building relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders
Supporting development of tools supporting F-35 data analysis activities
Supporting maintenance and implementation of data pipelines across F-35 and other programs
Qualification
Required

Building relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders

Supporting maintenance and implementation of data pipelines across F-35 and other programs
Preferred
Experience mentoring other team members
Experience developing software using Python
Experience with Big Data Architectures/Environments
Experience developing and implementing Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence infrastructure
Formal leadership experience
Experience performing and/or leading data analysis activities
