Responsibilities
Lead the strategic design and delivery of enterprise health IT systems
Review technical requirements and facilitate implementation strategies within a federal environment
Engage on technical delivery issues, performing analysis, and making actionable recommendations to ensure timely program delivery
Partner with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and product teams to align designs with federal standards and regulatory requirements
Develop, maintain, and oversee architecture documentation, standards, and governance artifacts
Lead and facilitate technical design sessions; contribute to solution design and long-term enterprise technical roadmaps
Support compliance with security, privacy, and federal IT standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA)
Qualification
Required
Expertise in technical design and architecture within healthcare delivery models and federal environments
Strong knowledge of technical architecture, system design, and technical implementations, especially in federal or government settings
Ability to lead the strategic design and delivery of enterprise health IT systems
Experience reviewing technical requirements and facilitating implementation strategies within a federal environment
Ability to engage on technical delivery issues, performing analysis, and making actionable recommendations to ensure timely program delivery
Experience partnering with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and product teams to align designs with federal standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to develop, maintain, and oversee architecture documentation, standards, and governance artifacts
Experience leading and facilitating technical design sessions; contributing to solution design and long-term enterprise technical roadmaps
Support compliance with security, privacy, and federal IT standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
