Manage a multidisciplinary team of 12-14 engineers and technicians who perform in-process testing and sub-assembly verification
Guide and mentor employees in all technical aspects of their assignments
Evaluate current and future employees on their skill level
Strategic planning and resource allocation
Hiring and training team members
Budget management
Deliver regular status updates to cross-functional project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Relevant leadership experience to support teams that develop and execute test solutions in manufacturing
Exceptional communication skills to promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with RF technology and equipment for test execution
Test automation, test software development
Lean 6-Sigma, Green Belt certification
