Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities
Review and process salary classification and compensation-based tickets
Collect, organize, and analyze data in support of C&C initiatives
Ensure data accuracy and alignment across multiple applications and platforms
Assist in the design and development of dashboards, reports, and presentations
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure fair and competitive pay, upholds compliance with federal and state pay regulations/standards and ensures alignment with institutional strategies and policies
Continuously seek to improve skills and stay current on industry best pay practices through webinars, training, and weekly 1:1 meeting with the Senior Director
Be a contributing strategic partner in an innovative team environment
Participate in weekly Agile meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required
4+ years of human resources experience or a combination of higher education and relevant work experience
Preferred
At least two (2) years hand-on experience in recruitment and/or operational management
Two (2) years experience in data entry and integrity while compiling and tabulating research findings from multiple sources into Excel
One (1) year experience with compensation practices, including market research and salary reviews in the public sector
At least two (2) years experience applying and advising on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption regulations
Two (2) years of experience working with a wide variety of people in effort to provide professional services or customer satisfaction
Experience working with Banner or IBM Cognos
