Responsibilities
Input schedule requests, perform edits and release schedules on a weekly basis in line with state and company requirements
Balance scheduled hours in each store to reduce expense exposure
Open and balance positions on a weekly basis. Run and analyze weekly reports, making recommendations to better support stores and reduce expense
Maintain ongoing communication with senior store leadership team and business managers
Facilitate training on scheduling system and address system concerns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
