Communications Development Program-Graphics Designer

Responsibilities
Create designs for digital and print media that could include graphics for social media, website, marketing materials, promotional content and more
Collaborate to understand project requirements and translate concepts into effective visual solutions
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while adhering to established style guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Basic understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Eagerness to continuously learn and develop new skills
