Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for leading patient education, facilitating enrollment, and executing launch plans for transitioning MDVIP physicians, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities
Educate and convert patients by communicating MDVIP’s personalized care value proposition, achieving ≥30% engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate
Drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by Day 120
Deliver physician and staff onboarding that ensures full understanding and advocacy of the MDVIP model
Own and execute detailed launch plans with precision; escalate risks and ensure timely completion of each milestone
Host in-person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Two (2) years of professional experience
One (1) year in sales or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Comfort with fieldwork and travel (up to 75%)
Preferred
Experience in primary care or concierge medicine
Background in new service or practice launches
Familiarity with CRM or project tracking systems
