Responsibilities

Supporting and coordinating the mental and physical health care of patients on an assigned patient caseload with the patient's medical provider and other mental health providers
Providing direct patient care for patients on a short-term basis
Supporting psychotropic medication management
Being a core member of the collaborative care team, including the patient's medical provider and psychiatric consultant, as well as the larger primary care team

Qualification

Master’s Degree in mental healthLicensed MarriageFamily TherapistLicensed Clinical Social WorkerLicensed Clinical Psychologist1 year licensed experiencePatient care skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Master's Degree, Ph.D., or PsyD in a mental health, social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field is necessary
Must hold an active and in good standing license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
California Children Services (CCS) paneling is required within six months of hire
1 year licensed experience in Behavioral Health

Preferred

3-4 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
