Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT Department
Oversee and ensure the maintenance and optimization of hardware, software, networks and systems
Implement IT policies and best practices for the organization
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services
Develop short range and long-range plans for the organization
Responsible for Data Security and Business Recovery plans and execution
Provide technical leadership and expertise to the organization
Manage complex systems implementations and provide project leadership to other departments when required
Member of the organization leadership team
Work collaboratively with the IT Team for Measurement Solutions and Emerson

Required

Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or Business
Six (6) years of related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience with or knowledge of CMMC, CUI and ITAR
Ability to work collaboratively within the organization as well as within the larger corporate structure
