Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications
Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions
Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Provide technical support and assistance to the development team
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents
Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain system documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurity
Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Preferred
Able to lead and support weekend Disaster Recovery exercises with cross-functional teams
Skilled in analyzing problem tickets and applying engineering rigor to resolve or escalate issues
Experienced in leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects using structured software development practices
Capable of conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers with constructive technical guidance
Demonstrates a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset focused on automation and resilience
Proficient in Ansible, Python, and shell scripting for enterprise-grade automation
