Masters Level Clinician Team Lead

Responsibilities
Provides direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license
Completes all required assessments and reassessments on time
Maintains timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with Organization polices and completes clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided
Complies with Performance Management review timelines for all direct reports
Tracks and monitors productivity expectations for team and follow up appropriately for team success
Monitors and maintains budget requirements
Recruits, trains and supervises staff within the expectations of Centerstone’s policies and procedures
Maintains effective relationships with Community referral sources
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required
LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A required. Actively working towards 4-letter license by meeting supervision requirements and scheduling exam, as appropriate
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
Basic computer literacy required
Skills in utilizing an electronic medical record
Knowledge of community resources
