Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
Move projects from kickoff to completion with confidence and clarity
Keep everyone aligned on scope, risks, and results
Build and maintain realistic project schedules
Track budgets, materials, and manpower across multiple sites
Anticipate roadblocks and remove them before they slow the team down
Deliver clean, accurate updates to leadership and stakeholders
Prepare reporting, documentation, and funding/compliance requirements
Make sure no one is guessing — everyone knows the plan
Mentor junior PMs and support staff
Encourage collaboration across departments
Celebrate wins, coach through challenges
Qualification
Required
8–10 years leading complex capital projects — preferably in airport baggage handling, industrial automation, or highly technical environments
A track record of delivering projects in 24/7, high-stakes operations where downtime is not an option
Comfortable communicating with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and regulatory agencies when needed
Calm problem-solver who can sort through complexity, make decisions, and keep people moving in the right direction
Expert in project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and reporting tools
Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise-level project management systems
Professional presence — you represent CLX in meetings, walkthroughs, and executive briefings
Ability to travel 20%–40% based on project phase and location
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
