Circuit Card Design Engineer

Responsibilities
Supporting development of multiple circuit card assemblies for the Guidance Electronic Components Assembly (GECA)
Defining, refining, and documenting system, performance, interface, and environmental requirements
Conducting trade studies to evaluate design options and recommending optimal implementations
Capturing schematics and collaborating with EPCAD to create layout and signal routing solutions
Owning end to end circuit card designs and delivering all data and evidence required for Design Assurance reviews
Working with systems, electro mechanical, firmware/software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and testing
Generating and maintaining including architecture diagrams, requirements packages, and trade study reports
Managing bill of materials, part sourcing, and prototype build up activities
Verifying compliance with radiation, shock, vibration, and other environmental qualification standards
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience with MFC circuit card design processes
Experience with military standards and specifications, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704
Experience with Xilinx UltraScale FPGAs
