Client Executive - ERP Supply Chain Solutions

The Client Executive is responsible for acquiring new business accounts and driving sales cycles while establishing strong client relationships, particularly in the ERP and Supply Chain domains.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Supply Chain ERP and other ERP domains (Finance, HCM, Manufacturing, CX, etc.)
Prospect and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
Conduct market research to identify target industries and accounts
Engage with prospective clients to understand challenges and align Argano’s ERP solutions to their needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals, solution presentations, and value-based sales strategies
Negotiate contract terms to ensure successful delivery and profitable outcomes
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in technology or ERP sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
Experience selling Supply Chain ERP solutions (e.g., planning, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory) and exposure to other ERP areas such as Financials, HCM, or CX
Strong understanding of the ERP sales cycle and solution-based selling approach
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and close business effectively
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ERP and Supply Chain trends, technologies, and market drivers
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiation: Skilled in structuring deals that create mutual value and align with client objectives
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and learning new solutions quickly
Problem Solving: Ability to assess client challenges and partner internally to deliver effective solutions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
