OnDefend is seeking a client-facing Program Manager to serve as the primary point of accountability for the delivery of cybersecurity testing services. This role involves bridging client business objectives with IT and security operations to ensure effective execution of security testing programs while maintaining financial performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client point of contact for security testing programs

Translate client business goals into executable security testing program plans

Plan, allocate, and manage resources across multiple engagements, ensuring sustainable resource allocation and protecting company margins

Monitor utilization, capacity, and workload

Develop accurate staffing and delivery forecasts

Supervise and coach project managers

Serve as project manager for high-sensitivity engagements

Coordinate security engineers, IT, and software development teams

Align testing with end-client IT operations and change management processes

Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Lead client status meetings and executive briefings

Establish and continuously improve program quality standards

Identify trends and drive corrective actions

Ensure alignment with client objectives, business needs, program governance, and best practices

Own program level financial performance, including budget adherence, target margin, and strict control of cost

Provide executive level reporting on program health, including scope schedule, risk, and budget

Support account growth and long-term client success
