Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Development team to identify market opportunities and execute tactical plans that drive territory growth through both digital and personal engagement

This role involves frequent client outreach and follow-up by phone — a core part of how we build trusted relationships, uncover opportunities, and bring value to advisors. You’ll gain confidence, communication agility, and a deep understanding of the market through these direct interactions

Analyze data and performance metrics to ensure territories are on track to achieve key objectives, such as advisor growth, net new sales, and gross sales

Collaborate with the Data Enablement team to identify advisor segments, execute marketing strategies, and test data-driven sales approaches

Recommend actions based on insights, best practices, and emerging trends to improve overall business development performance

Support the creation and delivery of territory-specific marketing and sales plans, including list generation for ETF launches, website registrations, and follow-up campaigns

Required

0–3 years of experience in financial services or a related industry

FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or obtained within a defined timeframe upon hire)

Availability to work from the Chicago headquarters office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week

Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset with entrepreneurial drive and attention to detail

Collaborative team member with a growth-oriented attitude and openness to learning

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field)

Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
