They are seeking a Bilingual Operations Trainer - Translator to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and facilitate communication between English and Spanish speaking employees regarding critical information. This role involves translating content and assisting in the onboarding and training processes.

Responsibilities

Ensure onboarding experience is positive for new hires and track competency trainings
Draft SOPs/job content as necessary to enhance work quality
Assist Human Capital in conducting two-week new hire check-ins and capture data
Facilitate orientation and onboarding process for Hispanic employees who do not speak English
Translate Quality and Safety practices/methods to Spanish speaking employees
Translate for purposes of open enrollment, VIBE survey, company programs/initiatives

Required

Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish required
Ability to understand English and Spanish written language required
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to management and coworkers
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships
