Required

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree, in information technology or related field

Five (5) years of experience in information systems development, two (2) years of which shall have been in information, process, and systems modeling

Knowledge of principles and practices for information, process, and system modeling and integration

Knowledge of alternative enterprises and systems

Understanding of database and software modeling and implementation practices

Knowledge of emerging technologies for enterprise design and integration and system design and implementation practices

Ability to perform technical and economic analyses

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Preferred
