Implement the philosophies, objectives, standards of care, and policies and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of the Nurse Manager
Provide direct patient care according to the Nurse Manager's expectation for an assigned shift
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an NCBON approved School of Nursing and/or graduate from an approved School of Nursing
Current RN license with North Carolina State Board of Nursing or Compact License recognized by NC State Board of Nursing
Current AHA BLS certification required
Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing
Possesses the ability to relate effectively to patients, their families, physicians, staff and all others using proper channels of communication
Recognizes the importance of being a professional role model for others
Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in that specialty area
