Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or Work Control, documenting and finalizing work requests as needed
Respond to, complete, and close work order requests in the CMMS system, ensuring accurate time and task reporting for tracking and billing
Follow all C&W Services safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment
Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Strong written and mathematical skills
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role

Preferred

Experience or knowledge of HVAC systems
Experience or knowledge of plumbing systems
