Senior Level720 design is a nationally recognized firm specializing in the design of public and academic libraries. They are seeking a Project Leader to inspire teams and clients, manage architectural projects, and ensure high-quality design and compliance throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects through all phases from community engagement to punch list
Ensure the community needs are met, maintain design integrity and aesthetic quality
Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
Oversee technical quality, code compliance, and coordination with regulatory agencies
Produce and manage high-quality construction documents
Provide construction administration services
Assist in developing project budgets and schedules
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture and active licensure (or working towards)
Proven experience in project design, technical detailing, and coordination
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and construction administration
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining high design and technical standards
Preferred
Experience in library, municipal, educational, or related projects
