Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to deliver risk-focused, practical advice and counsel on employment law matters, including ADA, FMLA, FCRA, discrimination/harassment, and state/local requirements
Represent and lead the business on issues such as discrimination, harassment, non-competes, mediations, FMLA, and ADA
Manage EEOC and employment law matters, respond to federal and state audits, and collaborate with internal and external counsel to support business needs, including deadline management, prioritization, and risk analysis
Lead company-wide compliance initiatives and strategies related to federal, state, and local employment laws, including the development and delivery of company-wide training

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) required
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience providing legal advice and managing employment litigation, with expertise in FMLA, ADA, and mediations
Bar admission required

Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented
