Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily operations within the Tech Control Facility (TCF)
Supervise Tier II Help Desk and Tier III technical support personnel to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance
Ensure high availability and operational integrity of network components, including switches, encryption devices, circuits, and consoles
Manage incident response workflows, technical troubleshooting, and resolution efforts
Maintain accurate and current documentation, SOPs, and operational logs
Lead activities related to the maintenance and restoration of transmission paths and facilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
At least 5 years managing and operating cryptographic facilities
Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
DoD IAT Level II certification (Ex. CompTIA Security +)
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at start
Proven ability to manage the operational health of Tech Control Facilities
Hands-on experience with Tech Control systems, including switches, encryption hardware, consoles, and telecommunications circuits
Demonstrated experience supervising personnel in environments of similar size and complexity to those described in this Call Order
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior management and government officials
In-depth knowledge of Tier II Help Desk operations and compliance with DISAC 310-175-9 standards
Ability to lead technical direction, coordination, and resolution efforts necessary to maintain robust and resilient communications infrastructure
