Grade 4 Occupational Therapist Quality and Research Lead
The Alfred Foundation is a leader in health care delivery and research. The Grade 4 Occupational Therapist Quality and Research Lead will lead quality improvement and research projects while mentoring staff and collaborating with clinicians to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
Leading quality improvement and research projects aligned with Alfred Health’s Allied Health strategy
Driving quality improvement initiatives and supporting staff in research activities
Inspiring and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Collaborating with senior clinicians and educators to ensure evidence-based clinical practice
Contributing to education and professional development programs for the Occupational Therapy workforce
Supervision of Senior Clinicians
Providing consultation on your clinical area of expertise as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical and leadership experience
Postgraduate qualification (Master's or PhD in progress)
Proven expertise in quality improvement and research frameworks
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in implementation science, academic writing, and data analysis
Membership with Occupational Therapy Australia
Experience leading and mentoring staff in quality improvement/research
