Concord Solutions Group is seeking an Experienced Customs Entry Writer to ensure compliance with customs regulations and client requirements. The role involves preparing and submitting import documentation, coordinating with government agencies, and managing shipment-related digital files.

Responsibilities

Accurately prepare, review, and submit import documentation in compliance with customs regulations and client requirements

Products classification

ISF and Entry Filing

Coordinating release of goods with applicable government agencies

Resolving general CBP requests for additional documents or information

Handle Customs exams, communicate timely and consistently with clients

Communicate between all required parties to obtain release and status of shipments

Manage shipment related digital files and keep the files organize

Required

Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in customs entry writing or related import/export brokerage roles

Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, valuation, and other PGA import compliance requirements

Demonstrated ability to accurately prepare, review, and submit import documentation in compliance with customs regulations and client requirements

Proficiency in using ABI software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Proficient working in a paperless environment, including the use of SharePoint for file sharing and collaboration

Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, Government agencies, and internal teams

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a meticulous approach to document preparation and record keeping

Capability to work collaboratively with colleagues

English, Chinese language proficiency

60 WPM typing speed
