Accountant / Office Manager
Regan Advisory is seeking a personable and detail-oriented professional for the Accountant/Office Manager position. The role involves managing the accounting function, maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing office operations, and supporting HR functions.

Responsibilities
Must have experience with general accounting concepts, general ledger, journal entries, debits and credit, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, etc
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy in debits/credits and compliance with GAAP
Invoicing and Collections activities; including emails, phone calls, and generating account statements
Vendor bills; including bill verification/approval and account coding
Balance sheet account reconciliations
Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close
Support external CFO with financial package preparation, internal reviews, and reporting
Support inventory and costing functions, including inventory reconciliations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, vendor coordination
Maintain company records, licenses, and compliance documentation
Daily administrative operations of human resources
Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and employee record maintenance
Support benefits administration and annual enrollment
Maintain confidential HR files and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Other administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualification
Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of GAAP, debits and credits, and month-end close
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
Minimum 5 years of recent accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
