They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound calls, schedule services, and support clients while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Receive inbound phone calls for prospects/clients
Provide support to teams and clients
Strive to meet and exceed call performance
Document all call information and data discovery
Utilize Knowledge Base of product and services
Participate in continued education and training
Help improve the client experience
Conduct administrative support and reports
Qualification
Required
Customer Service: 1 year
High school or equivalent
Knowledge of the Capital District, NY area
A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees
Proficient computer skills; specifically with Google Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Excel, Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
A passion for providing top-notch client support
Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
Must be 18 or older
Must have computer with internet
Must have a phone
Preferred
Two years experience in customer service is preferred
Gutter knowledge a plus
