Responsibilities
Build and operate advanced security tools, processes, and automation to identify and mitigate risks related to proprietary data across OCI and Oracle’s broader enterprise
Lead sensitive investigations and conduct thorough root cause analyses
Work collaboratively with partner teams—including SOC, digital forensics, incident response, physical security, and engineering—to respond effectively to diverse and sophisticated threats
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in security engineering
Proven track record in safeguarding critical infrastructure and data
Experience in threat hunting and analyzing indicators of compromise (IOCs)
Experience in investigating security incidents and managing incident responses
Experience in conducting digital forensics across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms
Expertise in data loss prevention and case management tools
Ability to develop automation to detect and respond to security threats in real time
Experience in designing and implementing data loss prevention strategies
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to deliver effective results under pressure
Deep expertise in security engineering
Ability to lead sensitive investigations and conduct thorough root cause analyses
Ability to work collaboratively with partner teams including SOC, digital forensics, incident response, physical security, and engineering
