Responsibilities

Ensure all media assets and metadata are published to production environments in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs)
Validate incoming media and metadata for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with content providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical specifications
Identify and correct missing or inaccurate metadata to support proper asset placement, discoverability, and display
Confirm that all content adheres to current formatting, delivery, and metadata standards
Receive and process media deliveries from content partners, ensuring timely and accurate ingestion into systems
Assist VOD Coordinators by investigating and resolving issues identified during content review
Perform regular audits by comparing scheduled delivery lists against received assets to ensure completeness and accuracy
Leverage daily metrics and reporting tools to identify delivery gaps and proactively address issues with content partners
Build and maintain strong working relationships with content partners and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations
Address technical and operational issues within the video operations workflow, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution

Required

High School Diploma / GED
2-5 Years of relevant work experience
Proven ability to identify root causes, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high standards of accuracy
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and basic operating system functions, including network and drive mappings
Capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining focus under pressure, and responding promptly to communications across email, Slack, Teams, and other platforms
Able to adjust to shifting business needs and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational demands
