New Grad, Entry LevelDiamond Pharmacy Services is seeking Data Entry Technicians to support their operations. The role involves transcribing orders, managing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Transcribes orders to profiles for check by pharmacists
Runs prescriptions using barcode system
Communicates questions or problems with facility staff, physicians, and pharmacists, documenting discrepancies in orders
Uses fax server system
Maintains fax machines
Maintains accurate error/complaint logs
Maintains accurate customer files, which include birth date, active medications and drug allergies
Forwards IV orders to RNs
Organizers one's available time to meet deadlines/quotas
Provides other departments with needed information (Billing, MAR, Packers)
Performs other duties as requested
Maintains neat and clean personal appearance
Maintains neat and clean work area
Maintains the confidentiality of all patient and company information
Qualification
