Support its work on M&A and other strategic transactions
Manage large and complex transactions with tight deadlines
Research and advise on transactional and general corporate matters
Work effectively with outside counsel
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
At least six years of major law firm and/or technology company experience
Familiarity with a wide variety of transaction types (e.g., private company, public company, stock purchase, asset purchase, cross-border, minority investments, joint ventures)
M&A, investments, and other transactional experience at a law firm and/or technology company
Preferred
Experience with M&A and investments involving technology companies and startups
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Sound and practical business judgment
A proven ability to manage a large number and variety of mission-critical projects, working independently and often in ambiguous environments
