Focus on lead conversion and creating a 'wow' experience for each client
Analyze customer credit, review income, and asset documents, and structure a loan
Qualification
Required
2+ years of continuous mortgage experience
At least 3 years of professional office experience
1 year of mortgage experience
Self-starter
Efficient multitasker

Positive attitude
Detail-oriented professional
Passionate about great customer service
Knowledge to analyze customer credit
Review income and asset documents
Structure a loan
Talented mix of guideline knowledge, processing abilities, and sales skills
