Responsibilities

Enters Study Data
Accurately enters study data into case report forms (electronic and paper) according to study requirements for all studies. Creates and distributes weekly schedule for all research patient visits. Responsible for scheduling all monitoring visits (remotely or onsite). Ensures all visits are captured and correctly Identified in OnCore
Tracking New Patients
Responsible for tracking all new patients by serving as the primary contact for receipt of informed consents. Maintains a comprehensive list of all accruals and confirms research patients have been registered to the study in OnCore
Handle Data in Accordance with HIPPA
Responsible for seeing that all data is handled in accordance with HIPPA and in compliance with all Institutional policies and procedures. Assist Administrator Director, CTO leadership in Implementing data management policies and procedures
Back-up to Lab Tech
Serves as back up to the lab tech, orders pathology slides and ships to sponsor. Orders CT scans on CD and uploads to sponsor
Retrieves Data
At the request of the investigator, CTO leadership or senior leadership, retrieves data In an acceptable format to present information requested
Other
Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
The completion of two years of college level coursework with two years of related work experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
Detail-oriented team player with strong mathematical, data entry, time management, organizational and analytical skills
Knowledge of transcription/dictation, medical terminology, research study planning, medical data management, data retrieval and HIPAA guidelines
Ability to maintain confidentiality; work under minimal supervision; accomplish tasks as required in a timely manner; and manage a high volume of callers through multi-line systems
