Responsibilities
Oversees the administration of insurance and/or reinsurance accounts and contracts
Establishing and maintaining contractual data
Processing the insurance and/or reinsurance account bookings
Claims handling
Manage the related cash flow
Ensuring high-quality service delivery across core operational and underwriting processes
Maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Driving efficiency and continuous improvement
Coaching, training and supporting other PMs within the team (and globally) to support the Head of SBS TA&A
Showcasing agility and change management
Supporting the adoption of new tools and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Oversees the administration of insurance and/or reinsurance accounts and contracts
Establishing and maintaining contractual data
Processing the insurance and/or reinsurance account bookings
Claims handling and managing the related cash flow
Provides critical support and strategic guidance to underwriters in administrative activities relating to the underwriting and technical accounting process
Ensures high-quality service delivery across core operational and underwriting processes
Maintains compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Drives efficiency and continuous improvement
Coaching, training and supporting other PMs within the team (and globally)
Supports the Head of SBS TA&A
Showcases agility and change management
Continues learning and development to support the adoption of new tools and process improvements
